Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the K'ville Indie Flea. We are entering our third year and are looking forward to a creative, fun and special season!
We are still in the same great location, with plenty of parking, next to the Paul J. Ciener Botanical Gardens on the corner of Main Street and Harmon Lane in Historic Downtown Kernersville.
We are currently accepting vendors at this location. The K'ville Indie Flea will be open every Saturday, from March 26, 2011 through November 26, 10am to 4pm. Prices for each 10x10 (approx size) space is $20 per day.
To pre-register as a vendor (with no commitment), please fill out the form below and upload 3-5 photo examples of what you will be selling. You can email vendor@kvilleindieflea.com with any questions. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an email from vendor@kvilleindieflea.com within the next 24-36 hours (except weekends). (Sometimes this email goes to your spam filter, please look out for it.) You will be given a password and will be able to login then choose and pay for your dates. You will be able to "pay as you go" and add dates as you like. Keep in mind there is limited space and is filled by a first come, first served basis. Payment must be made by Thursday midnight before the K'ville Indie Flea at which you will be vending. Keep in mind that the earlier you sign up the sooner you will be listed on the calendar. Last minute sign ups may or may not make it on the calendar.
In general, if you don't hear back within about 10 days, it means you have not been accepted. We are sorry but we cannot respond to every interested vendor.
New For This year:
We are opening a permanent outdoor space at 221 North Main St open daily from 10am-8pm and 12noon-6pm on Sundays. The new 2500 sq ft store will be called Eclection and will offer a variety of sized spaces to accommodate all budgets. We will also have a coffee bar and will offer crafting classes. If you are interested in this space or would like to teach a class, please let me know. This space will be ready in April, if all goes as planned!
We are also offering our approved vendors a webpage on the KIF site. This will link from your name on the Dates and Vendors page and the Vendors Page. The page will consist of your logo, name, address and contact info and a blurb about yourself, your philosophy and your work. You may also have up to 12 images and a link to another site or page, if you have one. The cost for this will be $75 to set up and $10 per month, billed on a quarterly basis.
